Pilot Fees: Enterprise Solutions at SME Prices

Our SITG model is designed so Founders can avoid getting stuck in the “eCommerce mud” of increasing ad, tech, trader data and strategy cost. Instead of a typical agency model that uses a combination of marked up delivery costs, monthly retainers and percentage of media spend fees, we minimise Founder spend by sharing in the risk and co-building your business.

Solid long term partnerships where one partner works for free is unrealistic, by the same token, taking advantage of a high potential, unrealised brand (entity) and expecting a long term partnership is equally unrealistic.

Our system operates at a fee structure that far outways the value and focus making our partner highly investable at speed.

Given our interest in high potential underperforming companies, we generally don’t look for equity until the valuation is proven and any capital needs are fairer for the Founder. Instead, we seek to increase this valuation and scale our partners in a Pilot program.

How Do We Do This?

We commence with a flat fee (pre capital) structure that will cease after a few quarters.

We do not implement any mark-up on delivery costs. Throughout our partnership, we only charge a low percentage of what it costs us for development or production. We significantly subsidise this flat fee to provide a level of service and support at an unmatchable cost. This allows cash flow to be injected into the areas that will drive revenue and long term investability.

Once we complete Engineer stage of our Pilot program, we keep costs low with our SITG model. We don’t charge any monthly retainer or percentage of media fees, just a commission on revenue, as we don’t think our Founders should have to pay for our execution unless they deliver sales.

Our main interest is in securing a piece of any exit you may make which in turn incentivises any of our high-performance team that is allocated.

No Founder wants to give away a part of what they build, especially at a low valuation. Yet it’s unrealistic to think a Founder can do the job of the team required to scale. To let someone earn the right to a piece of their business based on revenue milestones offers a much fairer shot at growth without giving away too much, too soon.
