Because we enter the picture much earlier than traditional investors, our partnership requirements are not as stringent. Rather, we seek to validate the partnership and likelihood of your eCommerce business becoming investable during our Pilot program.

Selection Process

For businesses already operating in the eCommerce space, we start with reviewing market potential and their current investability against key eCommerce valuation metrics including online traffic, customer acquisition and retention costs, search engine ranking and conversion.

For less established early stage concepts with fewer metrics, we thoroughly review eCommerce and market trends analysis, brand USP and the barriers to entry.

For spin off concepts and mature brands looking to enter consumer markets and build eCommerce capabilities, we assess their market expertise, the value of their existing channels versus the potential of going direct, current competition and long term business goals. This allows DigiVest to ensure we only partner with high potential businesses whose valuations we know we can improve.
